The aromas of Panettone Christmas cake on the nose inform you immediately of where this journey is heading. Hepple Gin, with its wild juniper gives this Negroni its backbone, and the sweet zestiness of a homemade Panettone syrup offers up the cakey all-round richness, whilst the bitter notes are slightly softened by an equal blend of Campari and Aperol. The sweet vermouth is enriched further with Pedro ximenez sherry.
For it's 4th year, this 'world first' bottled cocktail will continue to make Christmas memorable. Personally, I drink my Panettone Cocktail whilst cooking Christmas dinner, it keeps me in the mood, whilst I listen to all the classic songs, whilst chopping, boiling and roasting!
To enjoy, simply pour over ice, and if you have a fresh orange to hand, add a slice for effect, or spritz over the oils by cutting off a swathe of peel and fashion a twist!

Not just for Christmas!...
This is our 2nd bottle of this lovely cocktail. It has a sweetness compared to a standard Negroni, but not too sweet! It's just delicious. I brought 2 bottles as gifts for friends - that's how good this is.
