This drink won Silver at ISC 2021 in the Classic cocktails with a twist category.
I guess the key is in the name. A Chesterfield chair, leather, studs, smell of cigars and glasses of cognac. Refinement, tradition, and exclusivity. This cocktail is the perfect sipper. If you don't have a chesterfield to sit in then this drink will transport you to one.
I blend Signal Hill Canadian Whiskey, Merlet Brothers Blend Cognac, Jade Perique Tobacco Liqueur, Lapsang Souchong tea syrup and The Bitter Truth Jerry Thomas' Own Decanter Bitters. No garnish with this, just stir down with some ice and savour. If you have a fine cigar to hand, now's the time to light one.

A great example of an old fashioned. Smooth, strong with a hint of spice. Once you start the bottle its very difficult not to finish it off
